About Our Technicians

When you need cleaning inside your home, you are allowing access to all that you hold dear. Anxiety about having strangers in your home can even cause some to put off needed cleaning. At Dry-Concepts we are aware of your feelings and take steps to hire friendly, honest and knowledgeable people.

Before our technicians can be hired, they must pass a rigorous and extensive process. All applicant's references, both employment and personal, are checked thoroughly. In addition, we run criminal background and driving record checks. A personality profile questionnaire, developed by Reid Systems, is administered to all potential employees. This reveals applicant's aptitudes and attitudes about customer service, honesty, drug use, and math skills. The results give an overall rating of recommended or not recommended as well as individual scores for the previously mentioned areas. Dry-Concepts takes pride in the fact that we are a Drug Free Workplace.

If someone is hired, they then begin a 6-8 week training program to learn Dry-Concepts methods and procedures. Even after this initial training, Dry-Concepts holds weekly training sessions and has periodic weekend classes for I.I.C.R.C. certification in carpet and upholstery cleaning as well as a number of additional categories.
