At Dry-Concepts, we have a specially developed slanted scrub floor with a slope that diverts the urine-contaminated rinse solution to a trough so your rug comes out completely free of any animal waste. We use specialized rinse solutions in 90-gallon gravity-fed containers to ensure adequate quantities are available to our technicians to totally dissolve contaminants. Our rinse hose has the volume to fill a 5-gallon bucket in two seconds. That powerful water flow gives us the ability to completely flush your rug clear of contaminants, odors, urine, dust, and dirt. This flushing process is done before any cleaning solutions are applied. Once your rug is completely flushed of any biohazardous materials, it’s then put through our normal cleaning process to clean out any remaining soils and stains. Once the rug goes thru our pressurized wringers to squeeze out any excess water its placed in an insulated drying room which is heated to exactly 144 degrees which ensures your rug will be thoroughly dried without any damage to the fibers. It is then kept at this temperature for up to 6 hours to eliminate bacteria and contaminants.
